Anguilla is an island in the Caribbean east of Puerto Rico and which has about forty square miles of area and has almost forty miles of coastline. It is approximately sixteen miles long and three miles wide. It is a British Overseas Territory, and Anguilla advertises over thirty spectacular beaches. Gentle breezes and low humidity add to the experience. Anguilla is made of coral, has very white beach sands, and has a flat terrain. Coral reefs are in the water around Anguilla. Blowing Bay, Cove Bay, Elsie Bay, Forest Bay, Little Harbor, Maunday's Bay Beach, Merrywing Bay, Mimi Bay, Rendezvous Bay, Sandy Hill Bay, Savannah Bay, Shoal Bay West, and Windward Point are along Anguilla Channel in the Caribbean on the south shores of Anguilla.
