Curacao is a beautiful island in the Caribbean and is the largest island in the Netherlands Antilles. It claims over almost forty beaches and approximately forty bays. The island is generally dry. The beaches vary in view since some are surrounded by cliffs and others by rich vegatation. Curacao is the 'C' in 'ABC' for "Aruba - Bonaire - Curacao". Little Curacao is a small uninhabited island close by. It is also called Klein Curacao and it has a lighthouse. Some beach areas in Curacao include Barbara Beach, Caracasbaai, Jan Thiel Beach, Knip Beach, Kontiki Beach, Little Knip Beach, Mambo Beach, Playa Jeremi, Playa Kalki, Playa Kenapa, Port Marie, and Westpunt Beach, in addition to others.
