Trinidad and Tobago are part of the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean, northeast of Venezuela, and have over 200 miles of coastline. The beaches are split between the Caribbean and the Atlantic. The sand can be white or soft yellow. Erin Bay is on the southwestern coast. Dragon's Mouth is a narrow passage separating northwest Trinidad from Venezuela and Serpent's Mouth is a narrow passage between Venezuela and Trinidad. The island of Tobago has the Atlantic Ocean on the eastern shore and the Caribbean Beaches on the western shore.
