Panama has beaches along the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean. On the south on the eastern end along the Pacific Ocean side, there is the Gulf of Panama. The Gulf of Panama contains the Gulf of Parita which is to the west, Panama Bay which is to the north, and the Gulf of San Miguel to the east. To the west, there is the Gulf of Chiriqui. To the north, the Caribbean side, there is Mosquito Bay. Chiriqui Lagoon is to the west of Mosquito Bay. The Panama Canal connects the Gulf of Panama to the Caribbean. Offshore of the country of Panama in the Pacific Ocean to the southwest, you will find the islands of Isla Coiba and Isla Jicaron. In the Gulf of Panama on the Pacific side, you will find Isla Contadora, Isla del Rey, Isla San Jose, and Isla Taboga.
